Shipping Policy


My Canadian Pharmacy guarantees quick and favorable delivery to any corner of the world. All purchases are complemented and sent from our reliable, licensed, highly secured and certified pharmacy straight to the doors.

Orders are complemented in private for our customer’s protection and confidentiality. Inside the package you are to find:

  • purchased product;
  • receipt;
  • prescription;
  • information, concerning the product and optional conditions.

Delivery Terms

As a rule, orders arrive within 8 – 21 days. The delivery period depends on chosen shipping method and is usually:

  • 8 – 14 days, in case of Courier (EMS) delivery;
  • 10 – 21 days, in case of Regular Airmail delivery.

As soon as the order is successfully paid, order confirmation e-mail is immediately sent to e-mail as well as another e-mail after order departed, which provides tracking information and our customer support team page link which helps to identify order status and location at the moment.

As it was mentioned above, we send product via 2 available to us methods:

Express Courier (EMS)
(US customers only)
Regular Airmail
(no location restrictions)
EMS Courier
Courier delivery is a much faster method and has one more very attractive advantage (in comparison with Regular Airmail delivery) – possibility to track orders location at the moment via USPS website. EMS Courier delivers orders within 8 – 14 days only. Tracking information is available right after order departure and is constantly updated during the delivery period.
Regular Airmail
Regular Airmail is cheaper and reliable method of the two. But its main disadvantage is that delivery takes more time – 10 – 21. Regular Airmail as well allows in most cases order tracking, but this information is available only after the parcel is delivered. This shows that the order really was successfully delivered, but gives no delivery or location details.

Dear clients and guests, please do not delete e-mail with order details (shipping receipt) and in case the order was not delivered during three weeks from the parcel departure moment, reply to this e-mail or send a request e-mail to our Support Department – – and we will immediately try to clarify the reasons and solve the problem.
